Fa La La La La was accidentally made while making our Monthly Muse for November.  But I saw potential in this Gold Shimmer dip and added some Red Foil for the finishing touch!  The Red foils are chromeable (which means they do bleed if care is not taken when activating).  You should either encapsulate in Clear or use Gel to dip this one!
